Monthly invoices go out on their own. Tenants pay by bank transfer or card, or turn on autopay. Late notices and late fees are automatic.

Questions

Is it really free for the airport?: Yes. There is no subscription, setup fee or contract. RampRent keeps 1.5% of each payment collected online. Checks and cash you record by hand cost nothing.
Who holds the money?: Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out directly to the airport's bank account. RampRent never holds your rent.
Do tenants pay a fee?: Not for bank transfers. Tenants who choose to pay by card pay a 3% + $0.30 processing fee, so the airport receives the same amount either way.
What if some tenants still mail checks?: Record the check in RampRent and the tenant's balance updates. Everyone stays on one ledger, whether they pay online or not.
Can our finance office get the numbers?: Yes. Export every charge and payment to CSV at any time, with the fee and the net to the airport on each line.
Do we need to talk to sales first?: No. Sign up, add your hangars and invite tenants. You can do it all yourself.
